Meet Amanda
Amanda Makes Arrangements is an Upper East Side floral design studio dedicated to high-impact, art-focused florals for weddings, brand activations, and private events across New York City and beyond.
The core of my work rests on a simple truth: beautiful things are compelling precisely because they do not last. Flowers exist for a fleeting moment in time to transform a space, set a mood, and spark connection before they go away. Because their lifespan is brief, every stem and composition should feel like a piece of living art crafted specifically for the space it occupies.
I have always had a natural instinct for finding beauty in ordinary objects and seeing design potential where others might overlook it. Experimenting with raw textures and observing how organic materials interact with space was always second nature to me, but bringing those elements together in a live environment is where everything truly clicked.
Rather than relying on traditional shapes or predictable arrangements, my design language focuses on sculptural silhouettes, tactile textures, rich color palettes, and unconventional vessels.
From corporate activations for brands like Bulgari and AG1 to intimate dinner tables and full-scale wedding installations, every project is built entirely custom from scratch, inspired directly by the season, the setting, and the moment.
Designed for a single moment, remembered far beyond it.
xoxo Amanda
