Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located?
I’m based in New York City’s Upper East Side but deliver throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Pickup is available on the Upper East Side or in Midtown Manhattan on select days.

Do you have a storefront?
Not yet! I currently design and deliver directly from my studio.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Not at this time. I request a few days’ notice so I can source the freshest flowers and reduce floral waste.

How do I place an order?
You can order directly through my website from the Order page. Add it to your cart and scroll down to select a delivery appointment time (3 hour windows). Select delivery or pickup at checkout. For custom orders, use the Contact tab to reach me directly.

Do you deliver outside of Manhattan?
Yes! I also deliver in Brooklyn and Queens.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Yes. On the Order page, scroll down to book a delivery appointment slot.

What happens if no one is home?
For most deliveries, I work with a local courier who will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot with plenty of water.

Will the flowers always look the same as the photo?
Not exactly. I design each arrangement using the freshest seasonal stems and monthly inspiration, so no two bouquets are ever identical. You can check the monthly “Inspired By” theme on the Order page to get a feel for what to expect. Different every time, but always stunning.

Do you do weddings, parties, or events?
Yes. I create custom florals for weddings, celebrations, and corporate events. Reach out via the contact form for a quote.

Do you offer corporate gifting?
Yes. Seasonal bouquets make beautiful client or employee gifts. I can customize based on quantity, delivery date, and style. Contact me for a pricing guide.

How do I make my flowers last longer?
Change the water every 2–3 days, trim stems as needed, and remove any fading blooms. Keep arrangements away from direct sunlight or heat sources for maximum freshness.

Do the flowers come in water?
Yes. Each bouquet is delivered with a water source to keep them fresh during transport. Just refill once you receive them.

Can I cancel an order?
Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.

What if I’m not satisfied with my bouquet?
I want you to love your flowers. If there’s ever an issue, contact me within 24 hours so I can make it right.
